What can I upload?

JPG, PNG, or WEBP up to 50 MB. Higher-resolution source files generally produce better large-print results.

What can I create?

You can create a Print Ratio Pack, 10 Professional Mockups, or both together. AI upscaling is optional and is only used with the Print Ratio Pack.

How are credits charged?

A Ratio Pack costs 1 credit without AI or 2 credits with AI. The 10 Professional Mockups pack costs 2 credits. Ratios + Mockups cost 3 credits without AI or 4 credits with AI.

Will my artwork be cropped?

For print ratios, Full Bleed Crop uses a centered minimal crop to fill each ratio. Fit preserves the full artwork with margins, while Extend preserves it over a blurred ambient background. Lifestyle mockups use a centered fit designed for each frame and may apply a small crop when needed to fill the frame naturally.

What does AI upscaling do?

When selected, PrintRatio can use SeedVR2 to increase working resolution before exact ratio export. AI can improve usable detail, but it does not turn a low-quality source into true native high-resolution capture.

Does 300 DPI create extra detail?

No. DPI is print metadata. Actual image detail comes from the source pixels and, when selected, AI upscaling. PrintRatio verifies both the target pixel dimensions and 300 DPI metadata for ratio files.

What is inside my ZIP?

It depends on what you selected. Ratio Pack includes 4 exact-dimension JPG files plus a printing guide. Mockups include 10 separate JPG images. If you select both tools, both sets are included in the same organized ZIP.

What happens to my uploaded artwork?

Your artwork is processed by the PrintRatio backend. If AI upscaling is selected, the source is sent to fal.ai for SeedVR2 processing. Temporary PrintRatio working files are deleted after the ZIP is delivered.
