PrintRatio
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how PrintRatio handles refund requests for digital credit purchases and generated services.
1. Digital Credits and Generated Files
PrintRatio sells pay-as-you-go credits used to generate digital files. Because credits can be consumed immediately and generated ZIP files are delivered digitally, used credits and successfully completed generations are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. When You Should Contact Us
Please contact PrintRatio if you experience any of the following:
- You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
- Payment succeeded but the purchased credits were not added to your PrintRatio account.
- A technical error consumed credits but PrintRatio did not provide a usable download.
- You believe a payment was unauthorized.
3. Technical Failures
If a confirmed PrintRatio technical failure consumes credits without delivering the requested service, PrintRatio may restore the affected credits or provide another appropriate remedy after reviewing the request. This does not cover poor results caused primarily by low-quality source artwork, an unsuitable source ratio, user-selected crop settings, printer differences, or expected AI-generation variation.
4. Unused Credits
Requests concerning unused purchased credits will be reviewed according to applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase, and payment-processor rules. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Refund processing, taxes, chargebacks, and transaction records may also be subject to the payment provider's procedures and any terms presented during checkout.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing problem, please contact support first so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restrictions, subject to applicable law.
7. How to Request Help
Use the support information on the Contact page. Include the email address on your PrintRatio account, the order or receipt number if available, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.
