This Privacy Policy explains how PrintRatio handles information when you use the PrintRatio website, account system, credit purchases, artwork-processing tools, and related services.

1. Information We Process

Depending on how you use PrintRatio, we may process:

• Account information such as your email address and authentication data.
• Your PrintRatio credit balance and credit transaction history.
• Artwork files you upload for ratio generation, mockups, or optional AI upscaling.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, error logs, browser or device information, and basic service-performance data.
• Purchase and order information received from our payment provider. PrintRatio does not need to store your full payment-card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, generate requested files, manage credits, process purchases, investigate errors or abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

3. Artwork Processing

Your uploaded artwork is sent to the PrintRatio backend so the files you request can be generated. When you select AI upscaling, the source artwork is also sent to fal.ai for SeedVR2 processing. If AI upscaling is not selected, PrintRatio does not send the artwork to fal.ai for that purpose.

PrintRatio temporary working files are designed to be deleted after your ZIP is delivered. We do not claim ownership of your artwork.

4. Service Providers

PrintRatio relies on service providers to operate the product. These may include:

• Supabase for account authentication and account/credit data.
• Railway for application hosting and backend processing.
• fal.ai when optional AI upscaling is selected.
• Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment processing, order handling, and related transaction services.

Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Authentication

PrintRatio uses essential authentication cookies so you can stay signed in and securely access your account. These cookies are necessary for core account functionality. PrintRatio does not need advertising cookies to provide the service.

6. Payment Information

Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Payment-card information is entered into the payment provider's checkout rather than directly into PrintRatio's application. PrintRatio receives order information needed to credit the correct account and provide support.

7. Data Retention

Temporary artwork-processing files are designed to be deleted after ZIP delivery. Account, credit, purchase, security, and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial records.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may contact PrintRatio to request assistance. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

9. International Processing

PrintRatio and its service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where required, applicable safeguards and provider terms govern those transfers.

10. Children

PrintRatio is intended for users who are legally able to enter into online service and purchase agreements in their jurisdiction. It is not designed as a service directed to children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PrintRatio changes. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
