Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PrintRatio. By creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading artwork, or using PrintRatio's tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PrintRatio is a digital seller tool that can generate exact print-ratio files, professional listing mockups, organized ZIP packs, and optional AI-upscaled working files from artwork supplied by the user. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

3. Credits

PrintRatio uses pay-as-you-go credits. The number of credits charged depends on the tools selected before generation. The current builder displays the expected credit cost before processing begins.

• Print Ratio Pack without AI: 1 credit.
• Print Ratio Pack with AI: 2 credits.
• 10 Professional Mockups: 2 credits.
• Ratios + Mockups: 3 credits without AI or 4 credits with AI.

Credits are service units for use inside PrintRatio. They are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold unless PrintRatio explicitly allows it.

4. Purchases and Payment

Credit purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, and checkout details shown at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. Additional terms presented by the payment provider at checkout may also apply.

5. Your Artwork and Rights

You retain ownership of artwork you upload. You grant PrintRatio a limited permission to copy, resize, crop, composite, transmit to selected processing providers, and otherwise process that artwork only as reasonably necessary to provide the tools you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the artwork. Do not use PrintRatio to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

6. AI Upscaling

AI upscaling is optional. When selected, artwork may be processed through fal.ai using SeedVR2. AI output may contain changes, artifacts, or inferred detail. PrintRatio does not guarantee that AI output is identical to the original source at the pixel level or that it is suitable for every printing purpose.

7. Output and Printing

PrintRatio verifies target pixel dimensions and, for ratio files, 300 DPI metadata according to the product configuration. DPI metadata does not itself create image detail. Print appearance can vary based on the original artwork, printer, paper, color profile, cropping choice, and print provider.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use PrintRatio to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections.
• Access another user's account or credits without authorization.
• Use automated abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or attempts to manipulate credit balances.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep PrintRatio available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, technical failures, or changes to third-party services may temporarily affect availability. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the PrintRatio Refund Policy, applicable law, and any payment-processor rules that apply to the transaction.

11. Disclaimer

PrintRatio is provided as a digital software service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every output will meet every marketplace, printer, or business requirement. You are responsible for reviewing generated files before selling, publishing, or printing them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintRatio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

13. Suspension or Termination

PrintRatio may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful use, payment disputes, or material violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco, without overriding mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will take effect prospectively, and the updated date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
